ROME, NEW YORK:26JUL99 - Trailers used to store vendor supplies smolder and burn in sight of the main stage following the close of the Woodstock Music and Arts Festival in Rome, NY, July 26. Rowdy concert-goers set fires, tore down speaker towers and looted souvenir stands in rioting that went on for several hours at the end of the 30th anniversary festival.
