ROME, NEW YORK:26JUL99 - New York State troopers in riot helmets lead away a concert goer as fires burns into the early morning hours following the close of the Woodstock Music and Arts Festival in Rome, NY, July 26. Troopers were brought in after the tractor-trailers at rear were all set ablaze, along with sound towers and the Peace Wall.
